You know, I don't actually know. I never obtained it, I simply read about it when I checked a guide the last time I did a playthrough.
Does it only starts counting the number of encounter and power up after you obtain the sword?
Yes, cause it's damage goes up for every encounter your party has. It also hits twice but it's a Scias only weapon, it's also Ice Based so not so good against Fou-Lu unless you power it up.
Scias can use royal sword right? Is Ice Render better than royal sword?
Yeah, its a sword for Scias that requires you to have 99, fully stamped fishmen cards.
Ice render? Is it in BoF 4?
Oh, don't remind me. Though the Ice Render was the worst. I could never fish enough to get that item. I just couldn't bring myself to do it.
Quite sad that he got betrayed by his people!! I spent like an hour to successfully steal the royal sword from him!! King Goo sword is worse!
Yeah, his design and attitude are very similar. Though I feel Fou Lu is a bit more likable as a person/god thingy.
