...That is a very good point. I've been thinking ahead about where I want to do my PhD, it's usually recommended to go overseas but in the current climate I might see if I can stay here :P
Hey, at least New Zealand won't suffer overly much from demographic collapse and is in prime position to deliver into the SE Asian markets now that global food exports are direly smurfed for a generation.
