We always go by second accounts, except, I think, in the case of DMKA. That was an oversight and a testament to his ability to become reformed. Demon Dude is just fun to hunt down and ban though!
He was banned April '10, so unless you are going by from when his second account it's actually his time already.
He appealed last week, and has been continuing to appeal since then. He's activeish in #eoff, which is nice. He's grown up somewhat but he needs to wait out his ban time.
How many days before DD appeals? Could be a betting game.
