Yeah I think it's weird. Especially because at 18 here you're adult enough to join the military and die for your country, a hugely important decision, but drinking? Nuh uh, kiddo! Like seriously now
I mean, I guess that's better than not IDing someone or falling for a fake ID XD It's still weird to me how the drinking age in the US is higher while driving is lower. Over here you basically get all the rights at 18.
Also I suspect the reason I don't get ID'd is because sharky is always with me and he looks quite a bit older. I guess it makes them assume I'm older in comparison
