You know, the Fou-Lu or whatever his name is in BoF IV reminds me of Sephiroth. Do you see any similarities?
Breath of Fire IV had it's moments but I do like the more happy go lucky Goddess Myria trilogy (BoF 1-3) the best. BoFV is does a dark and gritty industrial dystopia. It's not as funny as the early entries I'm afraid.
Ya, I was so amazed when the truth is revealed. But they took Myria away in BoF 4. Chinese Dragons just doesn't seem to fit in.
BoF3 is my favorite too, I like the plot and cast, and I love the Dragon Gene system.
But for dragon transformation wise, which one among the series do you prefer best? I really like the BoF 3 version. It's like so cool and the storyline is kinda touching!
Yes he can, though the game has a mechanic that makes doing it dangerous. Basically The Dragon form is killing him so a timer goes up throughout the game. Using the dragon mode speeds the timer up, so it's possible to kill yourself if you over-use the power, then again, the dragon mode can absolutely destroy everything in the game.
I was a big fan of the BOF series! But I never played that cuz I heard it really sux. Can ryu even transform in the game?
It reminds me of Breath of Fireragon Quarter, and the system actually worked out pretty well but then again, I'm in a minority that liked that game.
Ya, based in a world which will ends in 13 days. Have to rush your ass to save that world or something. I dun really like the idea as I for one like to take my own sweet time to play the game like a turtle. You?
No word on XV, though XIII just got a third entry.
