  3. I do enjoy having a big holiday in November then another one in Dec merely for the time off work. It's nice. I don't get many vacations normally so I enjoy vacation time haha.

    I think I have like 165? My Farm I think I just upgraded to farm house lvl 2. I kind of wish there was even more to that part of the game. Like you get some zombies actually attacking you minigames or idk. But I still enjoy building my base! I do like that I have to actually run to get stuff, I just wish there was more to do with that stuff.
  4. Try not to beat yourself up. Especially if you have family over to visit. You can't get much done when that happens. I'm trying to sort myself out before the inevitable troutload of family visits over Christmas.

    Weeellllll... I was trying to get 240 population, 75 defence & 75 morale because that's what you need to unlock Level 3 Janine's Farmhouse. I built too much housing though and now I'm overpopulated! You can't increase capacity to more than 250 until you've got Lv3 Farmhouse. So annoying! Anyway, I've just demolished some housing and it's brought me back to 240. Morale is back up to 78 but my defence is just short at 72. Just need to build a lab or two to get my defence above 75. Only thing is now... I've no bloody materials! Guess I better get back pounding those pavements. At least it's keeping me motivated!
  5. I'm grumpy cause I went back up myself. I haven't used the treadmill the past like 5days though. My sister's family just got in town so I haven't really even been home. Holiday seasons, ya know.

    How did that work out? More people than possible haha! I do like how they changed the app so I get more materials each run. That's probably how it messed up if you were on the old one and now have the new one. I'll probably try to use it tonight. I'm almost done I think with season 1 so it shouldn't be long before I catch up with you or at least i'm not too far behind.
  6. Lots of bacon and cheese sounds good! It's probably much better than the "lose a stone in a week" diet that I put myself through occasionally. I've tried it twice and I've lost ten pounds both times. Not quite a stone but good enough! It doesn't come back on straight away either. I was gonna start this week but I'm gonna start next Monday instead. Couldn't bring myself to do it! Kind of glad we don't have Thanksgiving here as I'd have no chance of losing weight before Christmas!

    Managed to lose three pounds this week. I attribute that to pushing myself to finish that 20K on ZR. Finished the final 5K of it this morning. The story was excellent so I'm all set for Season 2 now! I may have made some mistakes when upgrading my Abel Township. I've got 260 residents but only have room for 250. Hence, my town morale is on the floor! Desperately need to unlock Janine's Farmhouse Level 3.
  7. haha it's kinda part of the Keto diet. Sometimes it takes willpower but it's not too bad to be honest. Have you ever looked into one of the LCHF diets like that? Lots of bacon and cheese and just no bread, sugar, or potatoes really. It's not that hard of a diet, it's how I lost the 20lbs in two months I did the first time. Any diet that ecourages me to eat bacon and cheese, i'm good with.

    I eat all the cheese all the time! Althought ameircan Thanksgiving is next week which is carb heaven and I"m cooking it and going to dalton's families one so welp. Lots to do! Lots of nommy food!
  8. Hahaha "Shhhh MFP Shhhh"... that will be me next week when I do my crazy week diet! I'm gonna finish my 20K run over the weekend then have a really strict week with food and just stick to weights and ab work. Sophie has to go in to have her gall bladder removed on Monday 30th Nov so I'll get the hard dieting done before that. She'll need a week to recover from that so I'll be eating properly that week so I can look after her and little James. They don't need me collapsing on them!

    I just wish I could be more consistent with being healthy instead of falling off the wagon. They say you should keep your body guessing... I definitely do that. It goes from having grapefruit, salad and 5K run to burger, chips and 5 cans of beer. My body is like "WTF man?!"

    I don't think I could ever cut out bread, pasta or potato. I mean, what's the point of living if you are denying yourself these things?!
  9. Haha yeah if I'm on top of it, I'm good. Counting calories and what not. It keeps telling me I'm not eating enough. I'm eating all three meals and snacks xD It's just healthier less calorie things. So sometimes i'm like shhhh mfp shhhh. Yeah I need to learn how to balance cheat days better myself. I have to remind myself to not feel guilty about eating some things because i'm allowed to have cheat meals or days.

    Yah i'm trying to use it every other day. With the Running one day and using the bike on the other days, I try to limit my Zoms to the running days so I don't burn myself out on the app. I believe I just finished 18? yeah. I see you favorting my tweets xD I'm not the fastest but dangit I do it. I'm thinking about picking up some weights on my bike days but I haven't really figured out what routine I want to do yet. Being healthy is a lot of research haha

    Food is the hardest thing. I love me some carbs but that's the one thing that will cause my to maintain or gain instead of lose. Even if I'm working out a lot. So I have ot avoid breads, pastas, and potatoes. Which I love all those things.
  10. I remember that one, it was a cracking episode. Any episode with Sam is generally great. Which episode are you on, 18? There are some cracking ones towards the end of the season!

    Haha, yeah I spotted you on MFP. It is really good. I always end up losing weight when I use that every day. I tend to get a little put off if I have a bad day though! What's that? Chinese takeaway for tea? Message alert pops up on my phone "You haven't logged in to My Fitness Pal today" I wonder why that could be!
