It may sound crazy but my ultimate goal is to write something comparable to Tolkiens work. Probably not very realistic but it's something to strive for. Speaking of writing, I got the second sequence up if you're interested.
I would love to be a published author, but even if I'm not, I still love to write. So I'm taking the course to give flair to my "reporting" as a journalist, and also to just improve my own writing. Who knows, one day I might write something half decent ;D
Good to know. It's my biggest fear to realize my writing isn't as good as I thought it was. It's what I've decided what I want to do with my life so I really hope that class helps loads. What about you, are you taking it for the same reason or is it just for fun?
Sweet as! I find it's been really fun and even having only done one/two assessment pieces, you really start to understand writing better. It also helps with motivation xD
