Yeah, a long time ago. I'm planning on doing another one in a few months too (though I'll be hosting as well obviously).
I do agree on the focus part, it is what makes the member so special during that period of time I guess. Have you ever done a EoY yourself, like not as a host?
It would be less of a focus on one member if there were two at once. I suppose it could be done but I dunno if people would like it much. And yeah

Could be. That seems to be what happened to the two who disappeared.
The thing might be the participants themselves. They might just lose interest over that after the wait.
