I won't collect it until tomorrow night my time, so you still have more than 24 hours to get it done.
I’m almost done with my story and I should be able to submit it to you tomorrow as long as I don’t pass out somewhere along the way. So please message me if it turns out you’re about to close the contest and I still haven’t got my entry in. It’s almost done and I really wouldn’t want to see it go to waste.
The MC Should be equipped with the Light Sword, Loto/Erdrick Helmet, Loto/Erdrick Shield, and Gaia Armor. The helmet should be at the Sacred Shrine and the Shield was hidden away in the treasure of the Middle Prince's castle. You'll acquire his best sword and armor in the Rhone Cave. The Middle Prince and Princess vary a bit. Their best armor are the Water Robe or the Fur Cloak, but they can both can wear them so it depends on how you want to set them up. The Water Cloak has five more defense points and cuts down on fire damage. The Prince has more defense naturally, but he's also the only one to learn Vivify. Both can only equip the Magic Hats for helmets and the Prince can use Healing Shields as his best shield but all three should carry this item due to it's special item cast ability. The Bolt Staff is the best weapon the Princess can use, but the Prince comes down to how you use him. If you want to give him steady damage, the Light Sword is his best weapon, but his better weapon is actually the Falcon Sword if you want to play the Crit game or keep him more as a mage role.
Well let’s at least give it our all when it comes to our stories. On an unrelated note, I have only two digits left to collect in DQII. Can you remind me which equipment I should buy before heading to Rhône?
Well most of the active people left, and those of us who remain have other priorities. It's sad but totally understandable.
The last Valentine’s contest didn’t work out either. It’s really sad that the writing community here has become so quiet
Yeah, no one so far. I had a feeling this might end up being a bust, but we'll see.
Did you get any contest entries yet? Hope it won’t end up being just you and me this time
DQII is pretty notorious for being bad about explaining where to go next, and I remember the last section before going through Rhone is also mind boggling non-intuitive without a guide. Granted, I feel every entry has at least one point where you feel like this, but I agree DQII is the worst offender.
Oh wow that’s interesting. Too bad my old save is gone, I could’ve tried it Anyway, got my boat and I can now officially access Alefgard properly, so the bug is no longer relevant, sadly. It was kind of amusing and might be cool if someone wants to do a challenge run near Tantegel with like, just the prince of Midenhall. I’m also kinda lost now. I wanted to not use guides but the moment the sea opens up is so overwhelming, and I think DQII is actually the worst offender in the series in that regsrd
