Laptops are handy, but if you don't need one but still want one, then your best idea is to get something really cheap. It might not be fantastic, but it'll still do the basic things that you'll need/want it to do. It's just hard because they'll never be as good as desktops without costing a fortune :/
I'm so afraid to buy a laptop just because a lot of my friends have laptops that aren't worth anything and I don't want to be stuck with a notebook that I'll get sick of :|
Yeah, they have a tiny download limit before it cuts my speed. The laptop I'm on currently is slow enough on its own, but my desktop is condition green!

Anime is so expensive over here and I have nowhere to download it. I would stream it but my net also sucks :/ So I have to rely on the good will of others for my fix and that doesn't work a lot xD
