You need to talk to him. If he can't give you a set up, make one and do it yourself. He's not around and has no idea what he's doing. Step up and start doing things.

As I said in the thread, you need to prepare for that. If you have to change your set up, do it. Also start bugging people to join. You have to work to get people to join.
