I'd probably go with Palpitoad (only weak to Grass) or Boldore. Unfortunately, you don't want a Dark weakness against Drayden, and you have so many there. Frillish can be bulky as heck, but weak to Dark. Gollet? Weak to Dark. Gothorita? Weak to Dark. Shelmet has a weird form of trade evolution, and isn't as helpful as the guy it trades with (if you had a Karrablast, I'd tell you to use Escavalier). Ducklett is just so-so. Liepard unfortunately isn't great, and he has at least one Pokemon with access to Fighting moves.

Litwick becomes Lampent at 41, so definitely do that. And Chandelure is pretty awesome if you have a Dusk Stone. Unfortunately, both Lampent and Cofagrigus will be pretty useless, as all of his Pokemon have a Dark Type move which will wreck hurt them. Stoutland and Conk both have decent bulk, which is good, because Drayden's damage dealing potential actually isn't that high. His primary STAB move is Dragon Tail, which only has 60 BP. But it forces you to switch out. So, honestly, I'd just leave the ghosts out and go with the others. Be ready to heal when you get the chance (if he pulls out one of your bulkier Pokemon, like Conk, for example), and otherwise just deal damage and try to handle the swaps.
ok, im about to fight the gym that could end me. i have no ice or dragon moves. DDo you think its possible to beat it with: Cincino, Litwick, Stoutland, Conkelldurr, Cofragigus and Mienfoo ( i havent entered yet so some pokemon may evolve but they are all atleast lvl 40)
