I could transfer to another character or you could have it, as long as you make Mazus a co-owner. I'll make you the same deal Pirul has made guildmates: pay what you want, whenever you want.
Dagger Island is a terrible place for a house, though. Too many spawn and people (tamers and PKs and zillions of other house owners). I'd prefer spending the extra money for a placed one on a decent spot on the main land.
Cattie co-owned me at a house on Dagger island; there may be more spots there. I'm saving up for a patio house of my own but only have like 100k so far. That dude posts a lot; keep harassing him for your monies!
So after that 120k, I'm skeptical of this guy Hemperor ever paying up the other 900k. However, hitting Wind regularly has been very lucrative, and I now have around 420k. It's not enough for a tower (at least, not anytime in the near future), but is enough for a nice L-shape (like the guild house). I'll probably buy a deed at some point and look around, since I'm in not in enough of a hurry to spend 30-40k extra on a placed one, so keep your eyes open for possible plots.
