  1. Also while I first had some doubts, turns out I was powerful enough to take down Lavos with only Crono and Marle and got the developer room ending right away, yay \o/
  2. Hmm I think I'd stopped by the store once yeah cause I'd heard the name Fritz before rescuing him. Did I miss something?
  3. The question is, did you meet the wife and father before you rescued him?
  4. Yeah though I went back to the store like 10 hours later by which point the reward was pretty pointless lol
  5. Stealthing is incredibly difficult, but pretty impressive if you can pull it off. Did you rescue the merchant's son while you were there?
  6. I got declared guilty just barely, like, by a margin of just one juror. Kicked myself a bit there. Sadly I ended up fighting *almost* everyone. Knocked out some of the guards that look away. I didn't realize you could just wait 3 days O.o that's amazing. I tried stealthing on my NG+ run which I started yesterday but the second of the two guards outside my cell caught me right away >_<
  7. So how did you tackle the escape from the prison in 1000 A.D., did you stealth it, fight everyone, or waited the three days until Lucca rescued you?

How did Crono's trial go for you?
  8. Almost entirely no. One single exception was when I got stuck on the Sunstone sidequest. I think that's it tho.
  9. Did you use a guide?
  10. 1. So far prolly Crono actually. He may be a silent protagonist but I'll be damned if he doesn't ooze personality and kind of embodies everything about Chrono Trigger. Too hard for me to rank the others though.
    2. 600 AD. It's the one that made me fall in love with the game and stays pretty much just consistently great. I love how it links so directly with the present and stuff like having Robo join Fiona in the reforestation effort is something only this time period could accomplish.
    3. The bosses inside Lavos actually surprised me quite a bit. After pretty much stomping Queen Zeal with the gear I had I felt like I'd overgrinded and was going to make it through without issue. Nope. The final bosses were still a really cool and tough challenge. And I was real happy to see that.

    5. Gonna go with the original classic Fire Whirl here I think. I was actually surprised by for how long it stayed a relevant skill and it's just THE classic dual tech.
    6. Finding yourself in Zeal after the climactic showdown with Magus was just magical.
    7. Damn I wish I could say Magus to that. Ahem. Now that you asked this I'm realizing the NPCs really didn't get any sort of spotlight in this game overall, particularly not compared to the PCs or Lavos (which would feel like missing the point of the question). After some deliberating probably Azala, but I don't feel particularly strongly about any of them (though they do have their moments).
