Extract is so expensive, but I always prefer to use it over essence. The only time I use essence is for frosting because then it doesn't really matter and it's harder to get a good amount of extract in there without smurfing up the batch.
It would be easier to look it up though. Anyways I want to go to bed. Plus the cat is there. Night!
