Well on khan, they are a lot of just videos to learn from so you may be able to watch stuff on your phone! Also Ted Edu is great for learning videos. There's also a great youtube channel I found last night! It's a fun way to learn random things. (I like learning haha so I know of these places) If you really think you can commit to an actual course, there's this site called coursera. They've teamed up with many uni's to bring you actual courses. Some even give certificates. They're all freeeeee. Harvard, Uni of London, Caltech, Duke and many many more. You'll actually have to commit to the courses though, some work just like college/uni courses would. But it's free and while some would just be for the sake of learning, others can provide you with actual certifications. The link I gave you there is computer science courses. I believe they also have an app so you can watch the lessons on your phone too.

Hey buddy. I know you had trouble with getting into college but I have a few sites you may be able to work on your own on! I know you said you wanted to make games, well they is a lot of coding involved with that. Check out Khan Academy. It's free. It even has maths and english stuff. Codeacademy will teach you coding in an easy and understandable way. You may not have been able to get into college but that doesn't mean you can't learn! Good luck and i hope that helps
