Yeah, I went out too early last time to notice/wasn't hosting. I'll probably bring this up in the events committee.
Just too many games to try and keep track off. I think if you do three per quarter (or whatever duration) it kind of builds up; so the winner of the basic tournament would have a better chance in the mid-tier, and then build up to the grand tournament.
Yeah, I've been thinking about putting up smaller tournaments more often that couldn't be won through brutal force - doing a newcomers tournament at the same time as the no-holds bar is a bit messy
True, they are definitely dark horses in this, but sometimes brute force is a requirement and Rantz and Shads have the cards to do damage.
I wouldn't count out Bleys and Faris just yet Super excited for all this TT though and you'll have another chance to get more cards!
Oh, it will end up Shads v Rantz with all likelihood, I just wanted a chance to progress far enough to secure a new card, I need one more and my deck will actually be formidable again.
Really I forgot who was good at this game - I remembered you and Shads went to the finals but I forgot that Rantzien was a beast as well. If I ever host again in the future I'll try to balance the first round more. With that said, not having a repeat of last tournament's finals is probably good for the "sport"
Could've been worse, I suppose. At least there was someone in my bracket I could beat It's pretty much do-or-die in my match against shads though, so an early exit is not something I'm looking forward to
Gotta be honest first round I just did by location . My bad on that one.
You put the three highest placers from the first tournament in the same bracket! Terrible seeding! Where was my victor's spoils
