My sad sad dream was to write for GamePro. Of course, there isn't any more GamePro, but even if there were I probably couldn't get a job there. The ironic thing about my career was a couple of months after I "retired" from journalism, I won an award for an article I wrote.
I feel bad for you. I went into my journalism degree approximately 12 months before the industry tanked, hard. Managed to salvage myself and move into games journalism but there isn't that much money in the field starting out Making tracks though! My day job is developing an online grammar course for my university though, which pays remarkably well given that I have very little idea what I'm doing.
I am from North America. I wage slave in an office for a living. I used to be in journalism, but there wasn't any money in it (not that there's much where I'm @ now. ). What about you?
Aw, that is a shame! What do you do for work? I am not entirely sure I even know what continent you are from! But based on your use of vacation, I would wager it was NA
Feel free to ask any questions you may have. However, I probably won't get to them until I get out of work tomorrow. Unfortunately, my vacation ends tonight.
I'm glad you have decided to embark on this eternal year of Luigi with me, Colonel Angus. You're a good sort! Since we are here in shared appreciation of all that is excellent in Luigi, I propose that you tell me some ~things~ about you since I was recently grilled in EoY and many people know most of my secrets!
Mario doesn't have trout on Luigi! #TeamGreen
Even Mario's gonna fear me when I start doing my EX-TREME WHEEL-IE
All these other fools think they great but in my kart, man, I obliterate.
