I personally haven't seen a completed one for School Days(I looked for it a while back); however, there is the Sekai Project site which last I heard was around the 15% point. My guess would be a 2009-2010 release at the earliest. Visual Novels can be a real pain to translate. Though Sekai Project could pleasantly surprise me. As for Air... I have no clue. I haven't even gotten around to watching the anime yet(well except the first episode). However, I haven't caught sight of it on the sites I usually visit, and I do visit a lot of Fan-translation websites. However, I do think I recall a script for Air being about somewhere. Quick look - Found it here. Not too sure with this one since I haven't followed it, nor do I recognize the group doing it.

For Fate/Stay Night English patch just go to http://mirrormoon.org/projects/fate_stay_night and download the patch via one of their links. So far only the Fate and Unlimited Blade Works paths are completed. But each path has probably around 8 hours of play time. Heaven's Feel is fully translated, they are just working out the bugs(so it shouldn't be too long, I heard someone mention November at one point, but it wasn't an official set date). As for the game itself, well any torrent place(such as The Pirate Bay) would be the best bet unless you are willing to import the Japanese version and just patch that installation. Mirror Moon is also the one hosting the Utawarerumono English Patch(a joint with Soylations).
Where exactly can I get Fate/Stay Night with English translation? I want to play it!
