Oh xD No, I was in this thing called "Purikura" in Tokyo ... it's basically a place where a photo gets taken of you in frames, and usually Purikura makes you look model-like ... it'll change a lot. Like in some Purikura photos it looks like I'm wearing makeup, or my eye colors changed, or, like you said, my hair's a different color. I'm still me! Haven't changed a bit, except I did cut my hair, but that was a long time ago already. xD
You look a lot more, different, face and hair and all. You dyed your hair right?
