You also don't have much of a choice since you can't post in others usernotes untill three months has passed from the day you joined. You're also allowed to double-post in usernotes. (Although you shouldn't overdo it.)
Most people do. I think usernotes are kind of like a thread dedicated for a certain member that're allowed to be spammed up.
You need more usernotes.
