An alternator is a thing in a car that can apparently rip off your skin if you touch it with the engine running. I really don't know what to do about the teeth. The only thing that seems to work for me is biting people. You could try that.

My mouth hurts too. My dentist said that my wisdom teeth don't have enough room to grow out, so they are rotting inside my gums, plus one of them has a crack that goes all the way into my gums so about once a month I get agonizing tooth pain.
