  1. So where can I buy a phone around here? (random usernote based of a line vincent say's in advent children)
  2. sorry for not replying to your usernote sooner, Thanks man Have a fantastic Christmas and I hope that you get exactly what you want and that Next year is absoloutely fabulous for you.
  3. For someone on my friend list, I really don't know you well enough, but this is not so much a complimentary usernote about our friendship, but rather for your strength and perserverance as a person.

I was upset to hear that you were self-harming, but I was very relieved when I heard that you had conquered your need to do so with help from your work colleagues, and through your own personal sheer force of will.

You've also managed to remedy your sleep problems, if not in a less healthy way than your other solution for your SH problem. I'm glad you're getting proper sleep (I know the horrors of lack of sleep firsthand) but just keep in mind that too much alcohol is dangerous to your physical health in many ways, the worst of which is probably the liver damage that accumalates over time.

Nevertheless, have a great Christmas Iceglow.

(You must really be in your element in the winter, with all this ice. I bet you even glow more these days, with all of the reflecting ice around you.)
  4. Not the healthiest insomnia cure, but at least you'll get to sleep properly now.
  5. Iceglow.

You got onto my buddy list, you lucky devil!
  6. I wish I had a comfy bed!
  7. *return of the God*
  8. I just call him Quinny.
  9. To change the topic, I wish I had that signed Zappa autograph.

What I wouldn't do to have a Zappa signature.
  10. That's great to hear my friend. I had a feeling you would sort it out without therapy or any of that; your self-harm problem didn't sound as serious as some other's. (I'm in no way discounting your feelings, I just thought that you were strong enough to work through it.)

Keep thinking about it... that's what seems to be helping the most... you mulling over your attitudes, your emotions, and the help you're getting from your friends at work. It's great that you got some advice from the counsellor too; I know how much that helps me sometimes, even if the counsellor just re-asserts my own views about my problems; it's great to hear positive feedback that you've been giving yourself again.

Anyway, I've read everything and I'm happy that you're happy. Beleive me, I think you can definetly avoid SH for forever now.
