Being yourself is what's often enough. I wish most people understood that kindness isn't any special trait; everyone can spread happiness and smiles if they choose to. And I can thank a very special duck for this point of view as I'm sure you're well aware.

Swimming is good but too much for me!! I dun want too much muscles, just minimal of fats!! Oh mine!!! You flatter me!!!! I did not do much!! Just being myself!! And you should too!!! You rocks!!
Yeah, military training is good for one's physique and endurance in particular; we had lots of ways to exercise during training and on "off hours" in the artillery, and I was particularly fond of swimming because it trains pretty much all the important muscles in one go and feels a lot better than jogging. To my amazement my unit and officers were surprisingly nice people and totally not like the "drill sergeant nasty"s which many people often claim such people are. Overall, the army was a nice experience, and I look forward to future training. And thanks for the kind words; I feel likewise about you. You always manage to make people smile with your cheerfulness and enthusiasm, and I'm glad I've got to meet you and other fine EoFFers over the years. ^^

It's going to take a few years more thanks to army training butting in, but I'll get my master's thesis done eventually. And I'm glad to hear you've been alright. Keep spreading happiness and smiles to people. ^^
