Merci beaucoup! I'm thinking of posting an excerpt on NaNo, but haven't decided for sure which part.
Of course. Also, feel free to send any of it my way if you ever need an opinion or whatever on it. I'm not the best editor when it comes to grammar/spelling (I'm not English after all) but I sure do know and enjoy fantasy and can give opinions on that
I promise it won't all be sadness. Gotta have some joy in it.
Well good. He deserves it
I know. But the horse's owner stabs the guy in the neck right after.
Poor horse
I would like to. It was going to be this Final Fantasy-esque adventure, involving 5 people who have to save humanity from an evil force. Right now, they don't know each other & are having their own issues. There's death, murder, false imprisonment & a horse gets shot. Oh, and there's a girl Magic User.
Are you planning to publish yours one day? I'd love to read it! What's it about anyway (if it isn't a secret)
lol I'm also afraid mine's going to run long, too. I think going the fantasy route lends to that. I started adding all the is history stuff that I didn't plan. I guess it'll help if the main story runs a little thin, & if I want to write a prequel.
Yeah I can't manage like 2000 words a day plus editing. The goal is to combine this draft of my story and the other draft (picking and choosing which parts I like better in which one and such), finishing it, and then self publishing it on amazon kindle for cheap. I'll look at it as a success if I can get one person to read it who isn't my boyfriend. He's convinced with my plot and characters and settings that it'll end up being about 3 books. I guess we'll see if he's right.
