there are a lot of people in there that well when i last went it didn't seem like anyone was using any kind of caps but as soon as someone writes a word wrong he or she is jumped for it thought i must admit it has been a fair while since i last went in there and things change you know.
You must have rarely been in there, if you think they need provocation.
My knees are 100% fine! Except when I sit for a long time obviously. LIk cross my legs. Then ouch. But that is natural I think
