They have to be stopped. Well. I have to be stopped. Last night I was at my great aunt's house, and she made spaghetti. I was eating it at the table and about halfway through the plate was still covered and I was just like, "Whoa, this is a lot of spaghetti. Why did I grab so much spaghetti?" It was horrible.
