Oh crap, I got so hung up on random alchemy stuff and gathering materials that I almost forgot about the goals I have to accomplish before the time-limit. Now I'm at the end of Year 2, and I just returned from that big library mansion-thingy. So I got like... 4 months left or so. Gotta plan things a bit more carefully now. ...Linca is still the most awesome character by the way.

Haha - that was the best readme ever. ...it makes the game sound so bad that I almost want to play it only to find out just how bad it really is.

It does take a bit for her story to pick up though. It's a pretty typical story for the first 1/2 - 3/4 mark. As a character though she is fun as hell, and in battle has one of the bust Assist techniques with Check Mate.
Since the gameplay was probably what I liked the most about Mana Khemia, I think I made the right decision then. Plus... I fully trust my instant-fav character instincts! Ahhh, Linca! <3
