Thats good News!
I just feel like he gets nailed more than other directors since fans are still butthurt about the prequel films. Congrats on the draft. I need to do some work myself today. Luckily, I burnt myself out on DSII yesterday, so I'll have some time to work on it.
And honestly, I dont think he’s accused of creative bankruptcy per de - he’s just musically illiterate (as many directors are), and I do agree with the statement that he works better as a more hands-off director who gives the other members of the team more elbow room, but like, I’m still one of the few who enjoyed the prequel movies
Yeah, it does put things into perspective and I find it really interesting how video game composers actually have more freedom in this regard. I also definitely recommend his other videos since the guy talks about a lot of interesting musical things in a way that I feel is accessible to anyone. Btw, finished the first draft of chapter 1 today. Feeling more empowered than ever and I hope I can finish the draft of chapter 2 over the weekend.
That was pretty interesting, and I kind of agree. Felt bad that George Lucas is back to being the punching bag again for creative bankruptcy, but if the shoe fits I guess.
Check out this cool vid That sounded blunt but I really don’t know what else to say for now
Yep, that's what you have to do.
Awesome! Meanwhile, I’m at this dreadful point where writing is painful while not writing is even worse. So when after I got tired of writing I launched Xenoblade, I only played one mission and just didn’t feel it and stared at the ceiling for half an hour. But I gotta push myself. To become pro.
That's good, a combination of Dark Souls 2 and my laziness has stopped my writing in its tracks, but I plan on rectifying that today.
Well, whatever happens, at least I may have a chance to play Catherine in any form soon. So what’s up? I feel like I need to brag about this but I’ve been really pushing myself to write lately and have been writing every day this week. I feel like what I’m writing right now is really bad but hey - at least that word count is going up and not down.
