Well I feel you there. I started buying a whole bunch of games on Steam, but Persona 5 and Ys VIII showed me again just much more I prefer playing on the big screen leaning back on a couch if I can help it. Plus requirements are a bitch; NieR:Automata has some trouble running on my PC, which is a shame.
I'm more of a console person. My Steam account is pretty angry at me for all of the neglect I give it.
It's getting rereleased on the PS4 in early 2019. Might be as good a time as any to pick it up. Unless you prefer Steam.
I still need to get around to Trails of Cold Steel.
Haha that's great. I was using the Japanese VAs for Persona 5 myself, but I do think the dub is pretty well done. I do love Joker and Morgana's JP voices a lot though. Still need to play Xenogears >_< in terms of games Trails of Cold Steel also comes to mind, tho it's the second game where it becomes a major element.

Code Geass was a weird but interesting one. I love BBig O, NGE, Gundam Wing, and in the realm of gaming, Xenogears, Front Mission, and Armored Core.
Hmmm probably Code Geass, followed by NGE. Though I'd be remiss not to mention Muv-Luv Alternative which doesn't exist as an anime but would beat out both of them if it ever got a good adaptation.
