Easy to remember, not always easy to pronounce. All of these are things I've developed in the past nine years. I have enough characters to fill up a Game of Thrones novel.
Yeah that's fair enough. More realistic to make traits like that be just part of the character rather than being the most important thing about them. That's an awful lot of characters for that much space. I hope they have names that are easy to remember!
I just don't want to highlight the fact she's bald in the actual story. She should be a princess/queen who just happens to be bald, not a bald princess/queen if that makes sense. Only two pages in and I already have five characters featured with a sixth on the way.
Disappointing, but still cool I suppose...

Never needed to go that far myself, but I see the advantage of it. I'm making a bald princess.
And having other people know what these deadlines are makes me a little more accountable too.

Yeah, I know that feeling. As I've said previously, having deadlines on my writing lately has really helped me actually finish things.
