It's really good because you can put things on like the packguar. I mean, a packguar that follows you. I think they were wanting to put it in—kind of like the wagon in Daggerfall—but they ran out of time or some . The packguar mod is really just a shop NPC in the guise of a guar that follows you around. It can be quite useful, though.
