Conversation Between Skyblade and Pumpkin

  1. Sorry, I nearly spoiled a character for you there. Tell me when you reach Chapter 13.
  2. Lon'qu acts weird around all ladies, though. It's his quirk. Lon'qu + Lissa is actually one of the most popular pair ups (though I prefer Lon'qu + Olivia).

My female Avatar hooked up with Chrom, though.
  3. Is it dumb that I would ideally like to pair up couples because of their initial dislike of each other :P

Frederick was suspicious of Ashton so I'm like THEY SHOULD BE A COUPLE and now Lon'qu was acting weird around Lissa so I say THEY SHOULD ALSO BE A COUPLE
  4. Oki doki!
  5. All of this help is going to cost you, you know.

I need someone to offer some advice on my Awakening fanfic, and help motivate me to finish it.
  6. Oh I see. Thanks for the advice!

I'm redoing the battle now. Is going better so far
  7. Precisely.

There's nothing worse than deciding you have to reset the game at that point because you figure out that Inigo looks awful with Ricken's hair color. Or that you should have married Gaius to Tharja to give her daughter access to Pegasus Knight. Or that you should have had Maribelle pass her son Galeforce instead of Dual Support+.

But mostly the hair. Especially on the first play through.
  8. And by waiting until chapter 13, I'll be able to reset and change fathers if I don't like what skills the child inherits correct? As opposed to if they mary in like chapter 8 I would have to go way way back to be able to change it. Is that what you mean?
  9. Ok, example time. Sumia always has a daughter named Cynthia. Whoever she marries, you can recruit Cynthia.

By choosing who Sumia marries, though, you can dictate who Cynthia's father is. In the case of the one you're going for, it's going to be Chrom. Chrom will pass his Aether skill on to Cynthia, and also grant her access to the Archer and Cavalier jobs.

Now say that Sumia married Frederick instead. Cynthia would receive a different Skill from him (Skill inheritance I'll get into later), and she'll get access to the Cavalier and Wyvern Rider jobs from him (since Sumia already provides her with the Knight class).

So you can't choose the kid, every mom produces the same kid. But you can choose the father. Oh, and the kids also inherit the father's hair color. And that can be important to looks.
  10. Oh I see, so if I wait I'll be able to "choose" who the kids are as opposed to just getting whatever kids I get?
