For real. Brutal stuff, always. There is one exception, though: One Piece has a filler arc that is genuinely better than a couple of their official arcs xD YOU GOTTA. It's only, like, 17 episodes, and every single second of it is absolutely sublime.
Oh man, anime filler is the worst. I've been trying to watch Dragon Ball Super, but yeah... there are some parts that just drag. Haven't heard of it, but I shall check it out! Haven't got much into anime except for Ghost in the Shell, which is excellent.
