Then you shouldn't be killing people there in the first place. Well, you could probably go back there and be fine. If you have a good enough climbing and jumping skill you can outrun guards with ease
....
It's cool on Daggerfall because you can go to another kingdom and kill like 1000 people and if you can cross the border before you get caught then you are pretty much a free man (unless you go back into that kingdom)
