I'd say give it some time then. A bit of weight fluctuation up and down is to be expected. As long as the trend over several weeks is down then you're good. If not, then you may want to look at what you're eating and see if there's any sugar or grains you can cut back on.
The same as usual. Except I've been trying to eat more during the day around the time I workout. I usually only eat at night.
Could be a lot of things. Water weight, putting on a bit of muscle or diet. How's the diet?
I have been working out like a mad(wo)man for the past week, doing an hour everyday, 2 hours on Wednesday, doing all different kinds of exercises from strength and yoga to aerobics, sweating like a beast. I am sore all over and apparently I have gained weight. This is upsetting. What is happen vivi?
