Ummm I think you'll have to move them to the same sub forum and then you'd tick the box with both of them and merge. I think it gives you options then but I haven't done it in forever in a day.

I think that's the justification normally. I use to occasionally ban bots too when we had a smalled less active mod staff. Then they added more people and I got in trouble for it? meh.
I think we're allowed for article purposes. That would only make sense really
Look at you, using mod tools. Technically they say we're not supposed to use them. But Yeah I merge or delete duplicate articles made from articleing a post or whatever all the time.
