Excellent, now you will be able to avoid the most obnoxious fight in the game.
i diiiid. I accidentally stumbledupon the ancestral persona requirements during my fool hunt at the sanitarium
There are quite a few in this game. Did you pay the ludicrous amount of money at the shrine on your way to the insane asylum?
So Gold is a difficulty spike so far
That's a pretty funny coincidence.
Btw, I recently stumbled on this Devil Summoner art and noticed something funny - all Devil Summoner protagonists have sideburns. The funniest thing is that I had no idea when I came up with Jack and Benny's design and, by pure chance, Jack ended up with sideburns. By pure chance, he belongs
You'll just have to wait and see.
Can't wait to see Joker Ursula. And tbh, something tells me the con-man guy is more of a red herring than the game wants me to believe...
Doesn't she imply she drunk called him too if I remember correctly. Yeah, I really love the party banter in the early games and how they do actually tie into the main narrative. I also love the twist of people transforming into Jokers. You can probably understand why I'm a bit disappointed the sequels went for less of a horror vibe.
I'm honestly not surprised that Ulala called the Joker. She was hinting at it with her dialog for a long time. But I don't think it was really meant to be a twist- there's a lot of instances both here and in IS where you're clearly meant to draw the conclusions yourself from the party banter, and then the actual reveal never relies on the twist to be emotionally resonating. It's an unconventional approach which I actually really appreciate because it doesn't feel like the narrative is looking down on me.
