If they have a tvtrope about it you should link me to it. For uh... research
It does. it's actually a very effective horror trope. Things are MUCH scarier when you least expect them.
It gets scarier. Like I said, I don't mind some scary and I have played and seen much scarier. I guess just coming from something with NOTHING scary in it at all, it was like a shock to my system or something since I wasn't expecting it. Like Fallout 4 when people's heads fly off in a gruesome bloody mess, it's gross but not scary. If I saw that in like... Girls Fashion Shoot I would be scared troutless. Not sure if that makes sense
Ah, yes. That happens. i'm personally a huge fun of such things, but I can understand that can be upsetting when you don't like scary elements in your entertainment. This might make you vulnerable to spoilers, but maybe it's a good idea to check out whether this becomes more common in the game or is an isolated thing? Maybe when you're expecting it, it will be less scary.
Okay weird thing. I'm playing a game that so far has essentially been sparkles girly fun rainbow unicorn magic dressup. But then the other day some scary stuff started happening. Now by scary, I mean very mildly scary, if it was in a horror game or movie it would literally be nothing at all and I have watched and played a lot scarier before. But for some reason, coming from this source since it's been all sparkles and rainbows and happy fun times, it scared the crap out of me. To the point that I am afraid of playing the game again and I feel like crying even thinking about it I don't even know what to do with this
All the better for your experience, really XD
I remember like nothing about it, honestly
Oh, Ania's playing it right now so I have fresh knowledge Invest in a blue Mage and a morpher! If you take the time to track down all the monsters, they are incredibly powerful!
Hmm I'm thinking of starting up FFTA, I haven't played that game in foreeeeeveerr
Yep, you gotta do what makes you more comfortable
