You'll have to go foreign films that are still famous, and noted. I'd suggest Khalid Abdalla from the film The Kite Runner. The entire main cast was recruited from a local Afgahn tribe, so they aren't established actors with a large film history. According to this site, he can't be linked to Kevin Bacon. Still, the film is well known, was internationally shown, and even nominated for a Golden Globe and some other awards. So it's not some unheard of film.
