  1. That should help you out then.
  2. I'm not gonna bother with Vishnu, tbh, but it's good to hear that it's possible. I just want to grind high enough for those ultimate personas. I mean, they're the whole reason I'm doing the Max Ambrosia run. I really need to try to transfer my quick saves to not lose any significant progress I made.

Oh yeah, I'm not worried about missing cash - this is why I played all that Code Breaker I now have 600,000 yen, so I should have more than enough to get all the armor I need!
  3. Yeah, it's the reason why Thantos is a bitch. It is a luck based mission at this level.

You will probably grind, but in addition to getting a huge amount of xp for the boss of the tower which will allow you to steamroll Hypnos tower, your best grinding will come from Nemeisis Tower since it doesn't have the time limit and you're encouraged to kill time in there. The nice thing is that once you reach the shop in Thanatos, the shop in the school will carry those wares, so don't worry about not getting everything if you fall short of cash.

There is also an optional dungeon like the one in the SEBEC route, which can use for a Vishnu run or simply to get access to the enemy cards from Thanatos, so really, there is no reason to be concerned about rushing in.
  4. Also, negotiating is all fine but then Kuchisake-onna is one of the demons here and she's basically a total wild card.
  5. So basically, just rush through it, aside from collecting the mirror shards. Did you at any point find yourself needing grinding in SQQ?
  6. You're best bet is to try and negotiate as much as you can. Keep them interested, happy and/or scared so they'll flee or possibly give you items and XP. You're pretty much outgunned and while the character with Lilim can kind of fight most of the enemies in there, they are still terribly vulnerable, so you need to get you Personas back and minimize how often you actually fight. There are a few creatures on the bottom floor you can kill for XP and Yen but leveling will likely get you killed instead. Thankfully, the final boss of this Tower is incredibly easy, so don't worry about it. Just make sure you check every room for the mirror shards as it affects your ending.
  7. So like, any tips on the Thanatos tower? I tried rushing to Tartarus to unlock the Personas, but I died like four times already. Should I rush to the third floor instead to get some actual solid equipment first?

(also, love the music in this path so far)
  8. Yeah, I really am curious what they'll do. I highly doubt they'll go away from social links. Not that I don't like them, cause I do, but there's no denying that this is pretty much what put Persona on the map.
  9. We'll see what the future holds, perhaps the new team will throw more nods.
  10. I mean, I'm not saying we need both, or that I really want it to happen, but it seemed like a good opportunity. Though I'm not gonna lie, I would appreciate an additional wink to the older games. *still crosses fingers for P2 cast in PQ2*
