I'm awful for recommending bread substitutes because I don't really use any. Best thing from what I've heard is to make bread using almond flower instead of regular flower, but I've never done it so I don't know what the process is, if it's hard to find almond flower, what it tastes like etc. Whenever I cut out bread I tend to just not eat bread and leave it at that.
