Yeah I sometimes knock on the wall if it's too noisy, so she knows I'm there. I'd love to, but I really love living alone and this is the cheapest place I could find that's nice and central. But my landlord is putting my rent up soon so I might not be able to stay here much longer

I live alone and I'm super quiet generally, so she probably can hear me walking around but not too much else. And yes, that has happened. And she is not afraid to be loud. Like, "hear her from the other side of the house and probably halfway down the street" kind of loud.
Gosh, does that means she can hear you too? Are there also adult only noises from there?
She seems young, like early twenties maybe? I think she has a job but works weird hours. Either way, she doesn't have an indoor voice so I can hear ALL her conversations through the wall.

I have an awful neighbour who stays up really late and has parties on weekdays. I never sleep
