Whoa that was fast xD Well primarily it's just because the route you chose has what is essentially the first few keys for unlocking the locks that prevent you from advancing at different points in the flowchart. I started on the cyan route myself (as in going through the first doors with Alice) and you can't actually go particularly far there at that point. Have you seen the extra ending?
