Ah, you're less common to find anything of quality if you're only watching it on YouTube. I'm sure if you search for torrents on isohunt or something, you'll find some subbed episodes.
There's no translation for the F-Zero anime series. I would watch the English Version but the only English Episode I can find of it is Episode 15 (I'm kind of glad they chose that one since it's extremely funny). My current set is actually from F-Zero.

I've also done that with Mario Kart Wii and F-Zero GX. Speaking of F-Zero, I've started watching the anime and I'm enjoying it a lot (except how I'm watching it in Japanese unsubbed).
