Yeah, living with someone else really does bring down the cost quite a bit. Food is so smurfing expensive 'cause I just eat so much of it. Horrible But it's still probably better than being stuck somewhere else! Freedom is real nice. Freelancing is tough without that regularity so I'm pretty damn grateful to have other jobs that are slightly more structured. Not a lot more structured though, so that's a bit of a pain. But decent money is coming my way now so I can at least afford to put fuel in my car
Just working and being ~grown up~. I got loads of medical bills. Had surgery in Jan again so I gots to work for that. Plus I currently have been living completely on my own for two years so I actually have to work to live and pay bills and for fewds D: But once we get moved into the new house i'll have the boyfriend as a roommate so I may then have time and money to spend on vidya. Then I can "research" like you do! Freelance seems like a lot of work and I'm lazy if I don't have a weekly paycheck.
So long as you can find things that are equally satisfying, it's not so bad. But if you're just working and being ~grown up~ then it really does suck. It's been really nice in a lot of ways to be able to let myself smurf about playing games and call it, at the very least, research.
I hardly play vidya anymore and it makes me sad.
He just needs to work harder, duh. Mae and I are both trying to be the trophy spouse so it might not end that well. I'm fairly confident she's gonna make it big though so then I can just mooch and play vidya
Boyfriend wont let me be a trophy wife says I have to work. Something about "bills need to be paid." PFT nonsense I say!
Crazy how that works. I thought being a freelancer was supposed to give you more free time, not none xD It is rough, but perhaps you will achieve that goal of being a trophy wife so you can work on things that are validating for you, rather than working sucky jobs just to survive

Yeah, I remember this! I can't get over how chiselled the jawline is, I wish mine was a little closer to that Starring in a dating sim would probably end up as my highlight of all time, so one day you need to finish this idea!
