Yeah it was worse that it was in public than the actual disrespect part. Idiots miss the moral of the History story and turn it into smurfing British nationalism day anyway.
I was swearing about something or other during it so I think we're both bad people. But don't feel too bad. Sure it's a time for remembrance but you can actually remember any time. Old people think you're the problem with society now though. Well I say now, but
Okay so how bad should I feel that I smurfed up the armistice silence horrendously by having a fit of uncontrollable laughter in a shopping centre seconds before the town bell, and then desperately trying to subdue it but failing? It was embarrassing and I should probably feel quite bad.
That's a shame, but at least it's not completely useless! Our free music things in Aus are called "the radio" and "pirate bay" so it's kind of hard to find a balance.
Unfortunately I mostly use Spotify for my music which has some deep Aussie prejudices and has very little of the songs recommended to me on the BPM last.fm playlist. One day I will walk to Australia through the ocean floor and test your claims!
There's something in the water and/or the air. You should start trying to drown yourself in air and breathe H20 in order to gain more of these magical powers! There's been a nice growth in support for our up and coming bands and a lot of them are actually happy kids these days. We have had the odd one or two who are not happy kids and that's sad but most of the time it's good music anyway.
Aha, oh dear. That kind of thing comes up later - when you're like 30 and you get a recording of yourself singing something like that and all your memories are trashed. I'm too used to listening to American & English music, and when I feel like discovering something new I'd just look locally because for some reason loads of good bands come from where I live. (SAME TOWN AS RADIOHEAD - I'VE SEEN JOHNNY GREENWOOD). You guys make good happy music.
Well that redeems it from being a spectacularly bad decision into a better think twice sort of decision. The recording made it to meatspace, I wasn't impressed and ended up causing damage to technology in order to get rid of it! There are some pretty sweet Aussie bands coming into the spotlight lately, which is excellent. Also I am honoured to be given a smiley face by you, that's certainly something to remember!
I heard your um ... vibrant rendition and last fm'd the trout out of them, also getting me into some other Australian bands. And cheers. LOOK, A SMILEY FACE. That is a rare token of my appreciation.
Oh man, you're a fan? That's awesome. I don't know what it is but I'm loving the trout out them. And welcome back my friend, it was painful without you here. I damned near chased after you into bannation, it was hectic.
