Believe it or not, but those two are some of the easiest ones. For Charming Siege, head to the lower right corner. There's not a lot to dodge there. Princess Tenko is weird in that Ran's version is actually a bit more difficult than Yukari's. However, they work the same way. Misdirect the fire and move in through the spread of bullets. This way, you're not going all over the screen.
I was just pestering people who are not of election booth's list I find Rans middle spells to be the hardest actually. Charming Siege from all sides and Princess Tenko eat up a lot of bombs.

Yeah. Chen the spell card is harder than Ran the spell card if you ask me.

Pffff, Chen is easy on all difficulties. Orin's a nightmare, though.
At least she doesn't try to ram into you like Chen
I know. I just always found that to be such a pain. She's awful on Hard.
