  1. If only.

  2. set them on fire
  3. Aww lucky. I hate my family xD

  4. For christmas I got to hang out with everybody in my family
  5. Merry Christmas!
  6. I'm more easily amused than you are! D:<
When I'm not entertaining myself, usually making other people laugh. I'm better at that than almost anything.

  7. interesting take. I just simply tend to not have any expectation. Plus I am easily amused.
  8. Pessimism is great, but I prefer modified cynicism. If you never expect anything to go right, then you will never be disappointed when things go wrong. The only thing you're really risking is being pleasantly surprised. I would consider myself a cynic if it weren't for my personality and just plain weirdness. Pessimism is "seeing the glass as half empty." But I see a glass that's twice as big as it need to be lol

  9. Sometimes I just state 'nihilism bwahaha your point is refuted' But that's not fun enough. Or it just dismisses the conversation and adds nothing, nor does it allow a segue into another topic. Also I like talk to people about things that don't involve lifting weights, nutrition, pokemon, spam, asl, and asians.

So: let's say we were in this hypothetical future where you could implant chips in the brain to augment it with government approved data. What then? The actual day-to-day life does not change. Being omniscient or omnipotent does not suddenly open the door to the vast cosmos. If anything one would end up even more of a nihilistic sop like myself (see Dr Manhattan, though I suspect that somebody with that much power would just commit suicide or undo existence by modifying any one of the cosmological constants). Maybe I'm just a pessimistic dung heap.

  10. Either way in your dream sequence the people there are still finite, mortal beings. Death occurs, and so naturally things like a change in zeitgeist must be possible, even if it has to wait until the next generation. Then: will there ever be truth? Is there a point to ask these questions? Didn't I just disprove philosophy with our first discussion? Ahhhh!
