I'll do it quick: She went to the gym with me for a few months. She and my brother and her cousin. I tried to get her to work out her body. Arms, legs, bench press / pushups. She did about 3-5 reps and ran away to the safety of her treadmill. I will never help a person who does not bother helping themselves. They don't want help. (not saying this is you; I'm saying that I've learned it's easier to give a person a workout that seems easy, but is effective; see if they quit, than to overwhelm them and watch them quit anyway)
You said no situps. And ya that would be fine. Pushups 2x a weks and squats 1x per week, got it! Doesnt seem like alot, mind you.
I think you are a wizard. If I asked you to do 3 sets of that, would...130-150 reps be fine? god my head is swimming. Anyway it's been the weekend. Do either pushups or situps today. Do them [pushups] twice a week. Do the squats 1x a week.
